Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Miscela Drink Store, we take pride in delivering premium coffee, tea, and brewing equipment to connoisseurs and commercial clients worldwide. If our products don’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process with the same care we apply to selecting our specialty beverages.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Certain products are non-returnable (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened coffee beans (100% Colombian, 100% Colombian Decaf, Caffe Noir, Brickhouse blends)
- Opened tea products (Bencheley Tea, China Mist, Chai)
- Food items (Cappuccino Topping)
- Custom-ordered commercial equipment (Bunn Commercial Coffee Brewers, Comobar systems)
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
Step 2: Packaging & Shipping
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:
- Our return address: Miscela Drink Store, 134 Cherry Ridge Drive, Warren, US 48093
- A return authorization number (must be included with your package)
- Recommended shipping method (we suggest using a trackable service)
Step 3: Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or product variations):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement product you desire
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items (especially important for commercial brewing equipment):

- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We’ll arrange for expedited replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Refunds will be issued in your original payment currency
